Please feel free to browse Our Sites. By using the Sites you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement ("Agreement"). We reserve the right, at Our own discretion, to change the terms and conditions of the Agreement at any time and to notify you of any such changes by online postings. Your continued use of the Sites after such postings constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 

All information ("Information") in the Sites is protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws. The contents ("Contents") are owned by Us or others. Unless authorized in writing by Us, You may not in any way exploit any of the Sites' Contents for commercial purposes. The trademarks, logos and service marks ("Trademarks") displayed in the Sites are Our registered and unregistered Trademarks and those of others. No license, right or permission is granted to you to use the Trademarks. Pictures and images displayed in the Sites are either Our property or are used with the permission of others. No license, right or permission is granted to you for any use of pictures or images by you. We aggressively enforce Our intellectual property rights against those who infringe.

However, We make no representations or warranties as to the Information and assume no liability for errors or omissions in the Information or the Contents. We neither represent or warrant that the Information does not infringe the rights of others who are not owned by Us. We assume no liability for damages to, or any viruses that may infect, your computer equipment resulting from your access to or use of the Sites. We assume no liability for the content of linked Sites and your linking to such Sites is at your own risk.

The web Sites are not an advertisement to sell products in those states in which We are not qualified to do business or have not secured the necessary licenses or registrations to do business. Not all of Our products are available in all states.

Communications or materials transmitted to Us by electronic mail or other means, shall be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. This includes ideas, suggestions, comments, questions and any other information or data. We reserve the right to alter, modify or delete any material from the Content of the Sites at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue the Sites at any time and without notice.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to any conflicts of law provisions. Any cause of action with respect to the Sites or this Agreement must be filed in the County of Somerset, State of New Jersey within one year after the cause of action has accrued; unless such a filing is made in accordance with such rules, the cause shall be permanently barred.
