Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to any conflicts of law provisions. Any cause of action with respect to the Sites or this Agreement must be filed in the County of Somerset, State of New Jersey within one year after the cause of action has accrued; unless such a filing is made in accordance with such rules, the cause shall be permanently barred.
